The results...

With all the votes now in - here's the summary:

c80000 votes for the Jury Team across the country (about 0.5% of the total vote). Each region seems to have performed identically in terms of % of vote achieved for the Jury Team (I sense regardless of investment). Labour took a kicking - mainly by the smaller parties. The BNP got 2 seats. Turnout was low. 

I'm sure there is some magic and insight if we can get clear data on "why" people don't turnout to vote.....

What we think we become...

In nine hours the polls open. Whatever happens tomorrow we will all receive what we deserve. I have learned so much, and gained a few friends along the way. Friends that don't want to take. It has been an inspiration, and that in itself is enough. I would strongly recommend anyone who is true to their thoughts, and their thoughts bring them to public office, to go for it.

Size isn't everything

You can't mess with the size of the billboards in Watford. Then again you could mess with the Newsnight "focus group" from Watford that managed to edit the feedback from the group they had assembled on Independent candidates as having no chance of influencing the debate in parliament. It makes me even more determined!!! The propaganda is unbelievable....but we can overcome it.

Spot the difference

There is one fundamental difference between this picture and that of the previous post...see if you can spot it :-)

Ok I'll put you out of your misery - Gus has been replaced by Jules "Shezza" Sherrington. This is the man that masterminded the "campaign camper" is number 4 on the electoral role in the East of England and did a great job in getting on the local radio in Bedford on Friday at the last minute. I'm still not sure how he managed to drive a hundred miles in CeeCee (as she is now affectionately known) in what seemed less than an hour to catch the journalists....

The tour continues...

The campaign camper visits Hitchin, Letchworth, Cambridge and Huntingdon, and calls in on Ian Tyes and his campaign manager/friend Gus (picture). This shot is taken by Jules Sherrington, who did a great job at the PCS Huntingdon Hustings later in the evening (photo to follow). The truth is irresistible and the Jury Team's advantage of Independent thinking in Parliament at this time is it's USP and undeniable....
